Integrate systems.
Connect workflows.

Connect the systems behind your daily operations. We identify responsibilities and dependencies between ERP, CRM, databases, files and legacy applications, then develop the required interfaces.

Every data flow has a source, a target and an owner.

Starting point

The systems have evolved. The connections have not.

An Excel file bridges two applications. Customer records differ. A planned import becomes a daily manual task. Systems integration starts by understanding these transitions and defining which system owns which data.

Applications

System boundaries and responsibilities.

Connect ERP and CRM

Define where customers, contacts, orders and status information are maintained. Required fields are transferred with clear data ownership.

Integrate legacy systems

Integrate a proven older application through its supported API, a file export or a database interface.

Databases and portals

Provide selected information in a portal or business application with appropriate permissions, validation and update rules.

Project scope

Systems.
Contracts. Responsibilities.

Scope depends on your systems and the desired outcome. We agree on these points with you.

Protect what keeps your business running.

Direct database writes are not a default solution. Vendor support, transaction boundaries, permissions and future updates need to be considered. A supported API or export often provides an interface that is easier to control.

  • System inventory with dependencies and data ownership
  • Assessment of APIs, file interfaces and supported database access
  • Documented system boundaries and a defined system of record
  • Step-by-step implementation plan with clear acceptance criteria
  • Error handling, data reconciliation and operational responsibilities
  • Technical documentation for your internal team or integration partners

Service scope and responsibilities are agreed for each project. Our approach: acceptance and operations

Technical questions

Ownership across systems.

Can you connect systems from different vendors?
Yes, where suitable, authorized interfaces are available. We examine API support, exports, database access and licensing terms. Vendor names alone do not determine feasibility.
Do we need to replace existing software?
Often the goal is to continue using proven systems and connect them where needed. Replacement becomes relevant when the required workflow cannot be supported reliably or operational overhead is too high.
Can an application without an API be integrated?
A supported import, export, file exchange or read-only database connection may be suitable. Each approach is assessed against vendor support and data consistency requirements.
Who maintains the connection after handover?
Responsibilities are agreed during the project. The handover specifies monitoring, credential management, vendor changes, escalation and who is authorized to modify mappings safely.

Your next connection

What should your systems
achieve together?

You bring the requirements. We clarify the connections.

Practical integration challenges

Technical topics in this area.

Platforms

Proxmox API & automation

VMs are requested through tickets, cloned manually and then maintained in several lists. We develop a defined provisioning workflow between your request, Proxmox VE and downstream systems.

Platforms

Connect WooCommerce to your ERP

Products are maintained in the ERP, edited again in the shop and updated through files. We connect the data models and clarify which information is owned by the ERP and which remains in the shop.

Process integration

ERP and CRM interfaces

Sales and accounting work with the same customer for different purposes. DataSource connects the supported interfaces and clarifies which data is transferred, and when, between prospect, customer and debtor records.

Process integration

Legacy systems & middleware

The legacy system serves its purpose but does not offer the same interfaces as a new application. We examine existing access options and develop narrowly scoped middleware to bridge the differences in a controlled way.

Platforms

Connect SQL databases

Reporting, portals or business applications need data from another database. We plan a connection that accounts for access rights, consistent data states and the rules of the applications involved.
