Process events.
Automate processes.

Connect business processes through webhooks and events. Incoming messages are validated, translated into defined actions and processed in a controlled way when deliveries are duplicated, delayed or fail.

Receipt, validation and processing each have a distinct state.

Starting point

A webhook is the trigger. The workflow follows.

An order arrives, a status changes or a form is submitted. The next step needs clear conditions and a verifiable result. We separate receipt from processing so that errors can be handled precisely.

Applications

From event to validated action.

Orders and status changes

Turn a confirmed business event into a defined ERP, CRM or order action, with traceable mappings between records.

Notifications and handovers

Trigger an internal notification or downstream task once the required conditions have been validated.

Scheduled workflows

Complement events with scheduled reconciliations and time-dependent actions. This also accommodates systems without their own webhooks.

Project scope

Trigger.
Queue. Result.

Scope depends on your systems and the desired outcome. We agree on these points with you.

Automation needs controllable boundaries.

We define which actions run automatically, which require approval and how a workflow can be stopped or restarted. Delivery guarantees depend on the capabilities of the source and target.

  • Event catalog with payload structures and trigger conditions
  • Sender verification and appropriate access restrictions
  • Persistent storage or a queue where required by the workflow
  • Idempotency, bounded retries and rules for failed events
  • Execution logs, notifications and escalation responsibilities
  • Procedures for reprocessing and manual intervention

Service scope and responsibilities are agreed for each project. Our approach: acceptance and operations

Technical questions

Delivery and recovery.

What is a webhook?
A webhook is an HTTP request sent by a system when an event occurs. The receiving application validates the request and decides on the next action. Receipt alone does not prove the sender is trustworthy.
How do you secure incoming events?
We use supported sender verification, such as a signature, and appropriate access controls. Payload validation, replay protection and credential rotation are also considered.
Can an event be processed twice?
Duplicate deliveries are a normal integration scenario. Stable event IDs or agreed duplicate detection ensure that reprocessing does not accidentally repeat a business action.
What happens if the next system fails?
Depending on the process, receipt and processing are separated through persistent storage or a queue. Failed operations need bounded retries, an exception path and a person responsible for intervention.

Practical integration challenges

Technical topics in this area.

Process integration

Automate users & access rights

A new employee needs access to several applications. A team change alters roles, and a departure requires access removal. We connect authoritative personnel data to a controlled process for these changes.

Process integration

Process webhooks reliably

An event arrives and needs to trigger an action in the next system. Duplicate delivery, delays or an unavailable target API turn this into an operational process. We develop that workflow with uniquely identified events and verifiable effects.

Process integration

Automate reporting, PDFs & documents

A report is assembled from several exports, a template is filled in manually and distributed as a PDF. We connect data preparation and document generation in a workflow that makes origin, version and approval traceable.
